Day 13 sounds dumb.

I really don't want to do day 13. Here's why: A letter to someone who has hurt you recently

No one has really hurt me recently. Not enough for me to write a letter to them anyway. To me, that's kind of a big deal, and I'm one who would rather tell someone to their face than write a letter via the world wide web. I'd rather write them a letter that they'd never see. So I can get allllll my feelings out. Then I'd go talk to them about whatever it was they did to hurt me. So I have no letter for anyone.

But I will tell you guys about my weekend. :)

I left on Friday for SLC with Mellie, and spent my Friday night with Jake. It was so so good to see him! I missed him so much. We walked to Cafe Rio at like 10 pm (when it closes!) and the sweet lady that worked there let us in even though they were already closed! As always, the pork salad was divine. But afterwards we went back to his place and just talked (and stuff). Spending as much time as possible together since I was leaving the next day and neither of us know when we'll see each other next. It's tragic, I know. (Thank goodness for skype!) We watched this craaazy movie though. I'll spare you the details, but just take my word for it and NEVER see The Human Centipede. Haha. It's terrible. However, do watch Bones as much as possible. Anyway, it was a realllly really great night. We had a lot of fun together. And I miss him. A LOT. :)

Next day, I went with Melanie and some friends to SLC to shop and eat. And so I could catch my flight. I made the mistake of eating Sbarro pizza--I had been craving pizza all week, so I decided to get my fix. Bad choice. It was awful. But I did find some awesome deals at PacSun. Over the summer, I went to one in Denver with Mel, and found this super cute lace tank top. It was kinda pricey and I wanted to get other things instead, so I didn't buy it. And I really regretted it. But we went in there over the weekend and I found the same tank for only 7 bucks! Of course I bought it. And some nail polish. And a ring and some earrings. :) So happy. I also found some film for my fisheye camera at Urban Outfitters. But I didn't buy it. It was really pricey. 18 bucks for 3 rolls of redscale negative. That's pretty much how it ran for all the films, too. So I'm going to shop around a little more. I called my friend Spencer, who is a brilliant photographer by the way, and he gave me advice on it. He is, after all, the one who gave me my first lomo camera. :) He is the best. Seriously.

So after my adventures at the mall, we headed to the airport. I was so exhausted at this point because of lack of sleep, I kind of had a hard time carrying my luggage around. I figured I would crash on the plane, but noooo.... obnoxious loud kids in every direction. No sleep for me. So I watched one of the greatest shows on earth instead.

But my computer died because the kid next to me just had to charge his itouch. Keep in mind this kid was under 12. And he had a freakin droid. NBD! Ridiculous. Kids today. I swear.

Anyway, that was my weekend pretty much. Since being home, I've just been spending time with family. Waiting anxiously for my brother's return! :) I can't wait.

How I found out about Blogspot and WHY I made one.

See Day Two. Because this one is kind of redundant.

Thanksgiving break is almost here! FINALLY. And guess what? My lil brudder comes home from his mission next week! :) I can't wait. I've missed him so much. I got to gmail chat with him a few days ago. It was pretty hilarious. The first place we're going to go to when he gets home? Taco Bell. Yeah. The funny part is, he flies in at 8 am. So I highly doubt we'll actually go to Taco Bell that early. Also, he still thinks his xbox is available for him to play. Little does he know, it's being used for entertainment in the Mullet Bullet. I'm gonna rofl so hard when he sees it. He probably won't have words. Not in English anyway. Ha, get it? Since he speaks Portuguese now? Ha.
dork. haha.

Anyway, there's this weird flu going around. You get a headache for days. And it never goes away. Weird. I don't have it, but I've heard stories. Sounds pretty miserable. I really hope I don't catch it.

Oh and tomorrow, I'm going to Utah. To see my man. :-) I can't even wait.

Another Picture of Me and My Friends

Day 11... I haven't been taking many pictures lately, something I need to do better at. But here are my pictures!

These are my friends Crockett and Megan. I worked with them over the summer and I love them to pieces!

This is Jenni. We were instant friends the first night we ever really met and hung out. She's fun.

Me and Julie :) We've been friends for a long long time and I miss her so much! This was in the Opry Hotel. It was obviously a cold day outside! Ha

This is Julie and her man, Morgan. I had just met him that day basically. He's tight. We all had a lot of fun that day. This was at the Predators game.

I have good news, and bad news.

I'll give the bad first because it's short. and not really that important...the page I use for reference on my 30 day blog thing is having technical difficulties sooo unfortunately I will not be posting a blog like that today.

Here's the good news. The boy interest I mentioned earlier (last week I believe) is now my boyfriend. :)

It's still a little weird for me, because it's been a while since I've actually officially had a boyfriend. But. It feels good. And I really like him. His name is Jake and he's from Reno. Here's the funny part--there's almost a 5 year age difference. And my new nickname? You guessed it. Cougs.

It doesn't really bother me though. Yeah, it's weird a little bit. But he's mature. and smart. Sometimes I think he's smarter than me! I really like him, and he is a real sweetheart. I can be myself around him and he makes me really happy. Not to mention he's a great kisser! Ha. He makes me laugh, too, which is a pretty big deal to me (among other things!). We're long distance right now, and it's really hard, but we'll see what happens. :)

Here's the only picture of us.

This was went I went to Cali this past year. When we hardly knew each other. But I think we still had a connection. Cuz we've had crushes on each other ever since.
